Presentation: Presentation must be educational. We do not allow sales presentations!
Audience: We usually have between 50 & 70 attendees. They are usually business continuity planners, risk managers, auditors, and data center managers.
Handouts: Please have at least 60 copies of your presentation available.
LCD projection: We try to have one available. Please have transparences as a backup.
Flip charts: We will try to have one available. If you need one, please let us know.
Overhead projector: We will have one available.
Time slot: If you prefer morning or afternoon, we will try to accommodate you.
Length: Minimum, Forty-five (45) minutes with questions. Longer and shorter presentations are possible. Talk to us if you have a special request.
Vendor Literature: We have a special vendor table for display your literature.
Guests: You may register as many guests as you like.
Follow-up: We will hot link your email address in our meeting recaps so that attendees can contact you directly if they have any questions.
